Clarington Childbirth Education, Soma Collective Health

Preparation for Parenthood Series

When: 2022 -> Mar 26th & 27th, April 2nd & 3rd, May 28th & 29th

Time: 930am - 4pm

Cost: $225 + HST per couple

This workshop is designed to thoroughly prepare new parents for Birth, Caring for Baby, Breast feeding & Postpartum.

The Instructor: Kim is a Registered Nurse, mother and grandmother with over 30 years of experience in labor, delivery and prenatal education. She has helped thousands of families make the transition to parenthood with her thorough, unbiased & fun educational programs for new parents.

Mindful Mobility Flow

“Mindful Mobility Flow” is a hybrid of yoga postures, functional movement, subtle strength, mobility drills, & relaxation!  

 

In this class Kristy incorporates controlled, slow, strong, & mindful movement designed to increase range motion, flexibility, strength, co-ordination, & reduce stress!

 

If you are looking to build strength, increase mobility & flexibility, mitigate injury, decrease stress or move better though out your day to day activities, than this is the class for you!

 

All levels of practice are welcome!
